These standards were specifically developed by Sri Lanka Accounting Standards Committee for use by smaller entities in Sri Lanka. All companies’ whose annual revenue is less than Rs. 100 million or equity less than 50 million shall use these standards in preparing and presenting its annual Financial Statements.
